CRM Integrations

Echobot Connect can be integrated into your own CRM system. The integration will allow you to access Echobot data from within your CRM system. You can transfer specific data (such as contact data or company data) into your CRM, which will allow you to keep existing records up to date or create new datasets for companies and contacts.

We are offering integration of Echobot CONNECT for the following third-party systems:

Apps: Salesforce, Superoffice, Pipedrive, Hubspot

CRM Providers: AssistPro (ProTeam, SanData), SmartCRM, Cursor CRM, PISA sales

Via manual integration (following written instructions): Microsoft Dynamics

 

Note: Are you using a CRM or ERP system not listed above? Echobot CONNECT can also be integrated as iframes or via webhooks. Please feel free to contact us for further information.

Transferable Company Data (CompanyData)

The following company data fields can be transferred from Echobot CONNECT into third-party systems. All corresponding fields need to exist in the target CRM and require initial mapping:

companyID, completenessScore, legalForm, lastUpdateDate, companyName, street, streetName, streeNumber, zip, location, country, url, email, phone, fax, registerStatus, registerID, registerLocation, nameAlternatives, vatID, EBID, industryCodes, foundingYear, employeeSize, metadata: customID, userID

 

Transferable Contact Data (ContactData):

The following contact data fields can be transferred from Echobot CONNECT into third-party systems. All corresponding fields need to exist in the target CRM and require initial mapping:

contactID, salutation, gender, title, firsName, lastName, email, emailGuessed, position, department, hierarchyLevel, mobile, phone, fax, lastSeenDate, sources (type, url), company: companyName, streetName, streetNumber, companyID, zip, url, country, location, street; metadata: customID, userID
