Echobot Target 2.0 allows you to export company data from an active search or a saved list. You can download the exported data in the .XLSX or .CSV formats for further usage.
Please note: The export function for companies only allows you to download company information. If you also want to download contact information, you need to download the contact data separately.
Exporting individual companies
Mark the companies you would like to export by checking the box next to the company name.
Click on the “Export” button.
The dropdown menu below “Select quantity” will show you the number of selected companies.
Choose the desired export file format under “Select format”.
Click on the blue button “Start export” to begin the export process. Echobot will now generate a file in the previously selected format.
Your browser will open a download dialog window as soon as Echobot has finished generating your export file. Navigate to a folder on your computer and save the file.
Exporting large numbers of companies
We recommend a different method for the export of company data if you are working with results lists that feature a large number of companies.
Start by clicking on the “Export” button without selecting any companies.
Select the desired number of companies to export in the dropdown menu below “Select quantity”.
Choose the desired export file format under “Select format”.
Click on the blue button “Start export” to begin the export process. Echobot will now generate a file in the previously selected format.
Your browser will open a download dialog window as soon as Echobot has finished generating your export file. Navigate to a folder on your computer and save the file.
